What you'll do

As a Junior Project Delivery Consultant you will join our Professional Services team and contribute to the successful delivery of projects for supervisory authorities. Your main responsibilities will be to configure, deploy, and support the standard SupTech software, ensuring it meets client requirements and regulatory standards.

 This position is entry-level (junior).
 
 Duties:
  • Participate in project delivery for supervisory authorities, focusing on the configuration and deployment of SupTech software.
  • Assist in gathering and analysing client requirements, translating them into system configurations.
  • Configure standard SupTech modules and features according to project specifications.
  • Support data migration and integration activities as part of software implementation.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants, project managers, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Document configuration steps, client-specific adaptations, and project outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SupTech product features and regulatory requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Interest in regulatory technology, financial supervision, or software implementation.
  • Basic understanding of software configuration, data migration, or system integration
  • Familiarity with technologies such as SQL, XML, JSON, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills; fluent in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with clients.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Preferable 
  • Python knowledge. 
  • Experience with enterprise software implementation or configuration.
  • Knowledge of financial services, banking, or regulatory reporting.
  • Exposure to cloud environments or data migration projects.
  • Familiarity with project management or agile methodologies.
